Great customer service
I've basically used Tower Hobbies and Horizon Hobby for most of my online rc hobby shopping. I must say that Tower Hobbies has great customer support. Whenever I've received an incorrect order or a damaged item, it was never a hassle to call and have the problem taken care of promptly.
